In a segment of OutKick’s “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,” fitness icon Jillian Michaels voiced her concerns about the inclusion of trans athletes in women’s sports. Michaels pointed out the undeniable biological advantages that trans athletes hold, which she believes fundamentally disrupt the level playing field in women’s sports.

Her comments were particularly focused on high-profile cases like Lia Thomas, a trans woman swimmer who previously competed in men’s swimming, and Fallon Fox, a trans MMA fighter with a history of competing against men.

Lahren asked Michaels, “What do you say to those that say that transgender athletes should compete against women and that Title XI should be open to anybody and everybody who feels they are a female?”

“Sports is biological. It just is,” Michaels said. “And I think that you’re starting to actually see women get hurt.”

“Fallon Fox, for example, is an MMA fighter who is a transgender female. Beating the sh*t … out of biological women. Like, this is beyond the fact of fairness. What we have trouble with as a society is fairness, right? Everybody wants to be fair. It’s not fair.”

Michaels continued, “Here’s the problem. I understand it’s not fair to trans athletes because where are they going to compete? It’s also not fair to biological female athletes. You have an issue, right? You’re not going to be able to be fair to everyone.”

“Lia Thomas is 6-foot-1. The percentage of biological females who are 6-foot-1 is under 1%. Lia Thomas was No.400 when she swam as a male. And No. 1 when she swam as a female.”

In June, a former teammate of Lia Thomas came forward with disturbing details of being silenced by the university. The interview exposed the discomfort and unfairness experienced by female athletes, as well as the campus environment that has surpassed dissenting voices.

Michaels is a well-known American personal trainer, businesswoman, author, and television personality. She gained fame primarily through her appearances on NBC’s reality TV show “The Biggest Loser,” where she served as a personal trainer helping contestants lose weight and improve their fitness. Michaels is known for her tough, no-nonsense approach to fitness training and weight loss.

“We’re going to systematically destroy women’s sports,” she said. “I’m sorry, listen, if you want to be trans, I support you. I want you to have all the same rights that I do. But at the end of the day, someone’s going to get effed here.”

“And if you’re looking at, okay, you’ve got X amount of trans athletes and X amount of women, you’re not going to win this one. Right. No one’s coming out unscathed.”

Beyond her television presence, Michaels has authored several books on health and wellness and has released a series of fitness DVDs. Her work often emphasizes a combination of exercise and diet to achieve weight loss and fitness goals. Michaels is also recognized for her motivational speaking and wellness advocacy.

Additionally, she has been involved in various business ventures related to fitness and health, including fitness programs and wellness apps. Her prominence in the fitness industry has made her a popular figure among those seeking inspiration and guidance in their health and fitness journeys.
