Troops punished by Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate are suing for billions in lost wages.

One of the attorneys in the case successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine.

According to Attorney Dale Saran, 80K to 100K service members were impacted by the mandate, this includes active duty and reservist service members.

Breitbart reported:

Former troops are suing the U.S. government for lost pay and benefits due to the Biden administration’s military vaccine mandate, one of the lawyers who successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine told Breitbart News.

Attorney Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and fellow attorneys Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are representing the former troops in three separate lawsuits they plan to turn into a class action lawsuit on behalf of all service members who were either kicked out or illegally ordered to stop drilling, resulting in loss of pay.

Saran said the amount is in the “billions.”

“It’s worth billions. That’s just flat-out. That’s what it is in backpay. It’s billions of dollars,” he said.

The Defense Department was recently ordered to pay $1.8 million in legal fees for a settlement over their COVID-19 vaccine requirement for troops.

Military reported:

The Defense Department has been ordered to pay $1.8 million in legal fees as settlement for two lawsuits that challenged its requirement that all U.S. troops be vaccinated against COVID-19.

A Florida U.S. District Court judge awarded the money last week to the firm representing the plaintiffs, Liberty Counsel. The cases, one involving several Navy SEALs, were filed by a total of 48 service members — the majority of whom were officers — representing all branches of the armed forces and components.

The Navy SEALs’ lawsuit was first filed in 2021, alleging that the military services and the Defense Department had violated their right to religious freedom for “categorically denying” their request for religious exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccine.
